If you are the victim of a crime that does not involve an emergency as defined above, and that occurred within the Cloquet or Scanlon city limits, you can complete the Crime Reporting Form and submit your report via email to records@cloquetmn.gov  or via fax (218)879-1190.  A Police Officer will NOT be dispatched to your location.

Your phone number and a valid email address are required to file a report on-line.  Some types of incidents may be reported to Cloquet Police Department by telephone.  Please contact the Cloquet Police Department via the Carlton County Dispatch non-emergency number, (218)384-4185, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

This form should only be used for non-emergency reports on selected crimes and crimes with no evidence to be collected by the police. (see the list of crime types on the reporting form.)
