There are several convenient ways to pay your utility bill:

Auto Pay Plan

Each month your utility bill will be automatically withdrawn from your checking, savings, or Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit/debit card account. This amount will be deducted on the 25th each month, or an alternative date of your choosing.

Make payments with Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit/debit cards, enroll in Auto Pay or E-bill, and view a two-year account history.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

Visa, MasterCard and Discover debit/credit cards are accepted at Cloquet City Hall, Online, through the Auto Pay Plan, and via Phone Payments. (Discover Card is accepted for Online and phone payments only).

Phone Payments can be made by calling Payment Service Network (PSN) at 1-877-885-7968.

8:00am to 5:00pm Saturday/Sunday

Cash, Check, or Money Order

Cash payments can be brought to Cloquet City Hall. Checks and money orders can be brought to Cloquet City Hall or placed in the "City of Cloquet" payment drop box which is located at the U.S. Bank Frontage Road and is accessible 24 hours a day.

Cash, check, debit/credit card payments can be made at the Wal-Mart Customer Service Payment Center.
